A structured 30-minute conversation with your Sytuate account team. We present the capability data from your cohort, identify the development pathways that will have the greatest operational impact, and make recommendations that fit your objectives and budget. You leave with a clear recommendation, grounded in your own numbers.

Setup and deployment
Sign off to live within 24 hours of user data being provided. Managers receive access to the platform on any device. No installation, no training required. We handle the onboarding communication to your cohort and provide a manager FAQ so your HR team is not fielding questions.
