Term and renewal
All subscriptions are 12-month recurring. Auto-renewal unless notice is given 3 months prior to term end.
Seat expansion
Additional seats can be added mid-contract and are co-termed to align with the existing renewal date.
Upgrades
Upgrades from Core to Elevate or Premium are available mid-contract on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect at renewal.

Do we have to start with Ignite?
No. However, Ignite is the recommended entry point for all new clients. It populates the MI dashboard with your own cohort data before you commit to a full programme. The Week 5 review gives you a grounded recommendation on which tier and pathways to prioritise. It also gives you a great way to understand how Sytuate works without a large commitment.
How many managers do we need to get started?
There is no minimum number of managers needed to see an impact from Sytuate.
Is the pricing per manager or per organisation?
Per manager, on a monthly basis. Ignite is a one-off per-head fee at the diagnostic stage. Subscription pricing applies once managers move into the full platform.
What data do you need to get started?
All that is needed are the users' first and last names, email addresses, and, for Core subscribers, the pathway they should engage with first. It really is that quick and simple to get started.
If we want to add coaching to the subscription, are we able to?
Yes, we offer group coaching and 1:1 coaching. Please get in touch with us to discuss your needs and we can provide details on our coaching offering.
Can we get a custom quote for a large rollout?
